We can provide individual or group training and coaching to develop Safety Leadership with a focus on key behaviours and practices. The aim is to help leaders 'walk the talk' and support the organisation in achieving its goals by engaging employees, contractors and other business critical personnel. 

Employees and contractors are at the sharp end of potential hazardous situations and risk getting injured.  Without their willing engagement and collaboration to follow safe practices themselves and also help colleagues, the potential for harm is very real.  If this harm realised this has an immediate impact on the business, short term and long term.  

Safety processes and procedures are a prerequisite for the basic level of safety performance and based on statutory requirements. It is the acceptance, implementation and follow up that is critical.  We can help prepare procedures, provide training in their application and develop follow up systems to ensure they are applied and further improved. 

A critical process in managing safety, also a statutory requirement.  We can assist in carrying out your RA's, but more importantly work with you to get their acceptance and application of control measures in practice. Quality RA's where control measures are diligently applied will Prevent Injuries and Save Lives.

Effective follow up through formal and informal audits of the practices, processes and procedures identified is essential in ensuring appropriate application and their improvement.  We can carry out audits for you or facilitate effective auditing systems for you to practice.  Failure to demonstrate effective follow up is a strong mitigation when things go 'belly up'. 

Incidents and accidents can and do happen. These are opportunities to learn and improve by identifying root causes, corrective actions and applying the lessons to improve.  It is better to learn from near miss and hazardous conditions incidents and applying learning before they become accidents and result in harm.  We can carry out independent investigations and also provide training.
